We have found that during Change Action submission, there are certain criteria that may prevent the promotion of the maturity state of the CA. This is poorly documented. We need to capture the users' screenshots/error messages, document the fixes and build out work instructions on how to recover from each error received.

During the documentation process, please capture a CA number, error message, screenshot of CA history prior to working the problem, resolution steps, as well as the Underlying causes, and a post-fix screenshot of CA history. This information will be critical in the build out of work instructions.
