Current Status of Task¶

Describes what we already know about the task and what work may have been already accomplished before creating the Task card.

Prerequisites¶

Details what other Tasks or Sub-Tasks both within this Board and/or in other Boards must be completed before work on this Task can formally begin.

Estimated Time¶

A range of time during which the primary assignee thinks they will be able to finish the Task, barring any delays.

Operational Risk¶

An assessment of what will make it difficult to complete this task or what will happen if something goes wrong after the task has been completed.

Planned Mitigation¶

A plan that will help minimize the risk, informed by Sandwich’s mission and values.

Sub-Tasks¶

A list of implementation activities which must be performed to complete the Task

Discoveries¶

A list of things we discovered as we performed this Task which may inform future repetition of the task, components of other Tasks, and/or Sandwich’s operational procedures.

Documentation to Write¶

Either during or after the Task has been completed, a list of what documents should be written that will help explain aspects of the Task to future Sandwich staff.
