Description

Multiple users report that they are unable to log in using the “Login with Google” option.
L1 and L2 escalated it after basic troubleshooting failed.

  1. Log & Error Analysis

Check backend authentication logs (OAuth failures, 401/403 errors).

Review server and API logs for error tracebacks.

  1. Replication in Dev/Staging

Try to reproduce the issue using test accounts.

Use tools like Postman or Fiddler to trace the OAuth request.
