UA-2.5 View/Update “My Profile”

User story
As a user I want to be able to view “My Profile” information and edit some of the fields so that my information is up to date.

Acceptance criteria
The user should be able to view their profile information by clicking on “My Profile” button in the Main Menu.

MY NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES - The list of automatic system notifications. On/Off Switch per each list item

2. The system should open the user’s profile in the “View” mode and should allow the user to change their Contact information in the “Edit” mode.
3. Additional options available in “My Profile” sub-menu include “Change Password” and “Log Out”.
